Common use of Prior Year Bonus Clause in Contracts

Prior Year Bonus. To the extent Executive has not yet received a Cash Bonus with respect to a completed performance period, Executive or Executive’s estate (as the case may be) shall receive such Cash Bonus, to the extent such Cash Bonus was earned based on actual performance for such performance period, which shall be paid, if at all, at the same time annual bonuses are paid by the Company to other executives of the Company for such completed performance period, but no later than March 15th of the calendar year following the completed performance period.
