Common use of Priorities Unaffected by Action or Inaction Clause in Contracts

Priorities Unaffected by Action or Inaction. The lien priorities provided in Section 2.2 shall not be altered or otherwise affected by any amendment, modification, supplement, extension, renewal, restatement, replacement or refinancing of either the Revolving Loan Debt or the Supplemental Loan Debt, nor by any action or inaction which any Agent or Lender may take or fail to take in respect of the Collateral, unless consented to in writing by the party sought to be charged.
