Priorities Unaffected by Action or Inaction. The Lien priorities in subsection 3.1 shall not be altered or otherwise affected by any amendment, modification, supplement, extension, renewal, restatement or refinancing of any of the Secured Obligations, nor by any action or inaction which Collateral Agent or any other Secured Party may take or fail to take in respect of the Collateral.
