Priority Before Posting. Prior to a vacant Bargaining Unit position being posted, the Employer shall attempt to fill the position giving priority to Employees as follows: first, to an Employee who requires accommodation pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code; second, to an Employee who has elected Priority Placement in accordance with Article 17.06; third, to an Employee who is on the Recall list in accordance with Article 17.14; fourth, to an employee in the CAW Local Parking Transit Services bargaining unit and who is on layoff.

  • WORKING DAY BEFORE AUCTION DATE Any intending bidder who intends to bid on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm is required to deposit with the Auctioneer prior to the auction sale an authority letter to state that he/she is acting on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm and he/she is authorised to sign all the necessary documents.
