Priority for Retention. 131 If an Employee’s assignment is reduced to not less than 60% of a full- time load, the Employer may, but shall not be required to, reassign other courses to the Employee as provided in paragraphs E.1. and E.2. below. 132 If an Employee’s assignment is reduced to less than 60% of a full-time load, the Employer will make reasonable efforts to restore the Employee to at least a 60% assignment, utilizing the procedures set forth below.
