Priority of Allocation. (a) Subject to operational considerations, including projected increases in future workflow and/or reductions in interviewer availability (for example, during university exam times) and the nature of anticipated project work (for example, LOTE interviewing), an employer will take reasonable steps to offer interviewing work to existing employees before recruiting additional casual employees. (b) Upon request, the employer shall provide such relevant information from which an employee or the UWU can ascertain the employer’s compliance with its obligations under subclause (i).
