Priority of Fresh Water Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Fresh Water Services requiring deliveries of Fresh Water to the interconnection with the High-Rate Transfer Facilities at no more than one Well on any trunkline at any time at rates of flow at or below the Minimum Flow Rate shall be provided on a Firm Service basis. All Fresh Water Services requiring deliveries to the interconnection with the High-Rate Transfer Facilities at more than one Well on any trunkline at any time or in excess of the Minimum Flow Rate shall be provided on an Interruptible Service basis.
