Priority of Leases. To the extent Grantor has the right, under the terms of any Lease, to make such Lease subordinate to the lien hereof, Grantor will, at Beneficiary’s request and Grantor’s expense, take such action as may be required to effect such subordination. Conversely, Grantor will, at Beneficiary’s request and Grantor’s expense, take such action as may be necessary to subordinate the lien hereof to any future Lease designated by Beneficiary.
