Common use of PRIORITY OF PLEDGE AND SECURITY INTEREST Clause in Contracts

PRIORITY OF PLEDGE AND SECURITY INTEREST. The pledge herein made of the Trust Estate and the security interest created herein with respect thereto constitutes a first and prior pledge of, and a security interest in, the Trust Estate. Said pledge and security interest shall at no time be impaired directly or indirectly by the Issuer or the Trustee, and the Trust Estate shall not otherwise be pledged and, except as provided herein and in the Lease Agreement, no persons shall have any rights with respect thereto.
