Common use of Priority of Use of Funds Clause in Contracts

Priority of Use of Funds. The Subrecipient and its Developers must utilize funds available under this Agreement to supplement rather than supplant funds otherwise available. To the extent available, the Subrecipient and its Developers must disburse funds available to the Approved Project from, among other sources, Subrecipient funding, third-party loans or grants, program income, rebates, refunds, contract settlements, audit recoveries, insurance and condemnation proceeds and interest earned on such funds before requesting or receiving Grant Funds.
