PRIORITY RATINGS. When a DPAS priority rating is specified on a purchase order then this is a rated order certified for national defense use and Seller shall follow all provisions of the then-current Defense Priorities and Allocations System Regulations (“DPAS”), including delivering such Products to Buyer before delivering any non-defense Product. “DPAS RATED” orders must be acknowledged or rejected as follows: a) Rejection of “DO” or “DX” rated orders must be in writing and give the specific reason for rejection.
