Common use of PRIORITY RATINGS Clause in Contracts

PRIORITY RATINGS. When a priority rating is specified on the face of this Agreement for a Product, this is a rated order certified for national defense use and Seller shall follow all provisions of the then-current Defense Priorities and Allocations System Regulations (DPAS), including delivering such Products to Buyer before delivering any non-defense Product.
