Common use of Priority Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Priority Security Interest. The Collateral and Borrowing Base Properties shall be free and clear of all Liens, except Liens permitted by Section 7.2. All filings, notices, recordings and other action necessary to perfect the Liens in the Collateral shall have been made, given or accomplished or arrangements for the completion thereof satisfactory to the Global Administrative Agent and its counsel shall have been made and all filing fees and other expenses related to such actions either have been paid in full or arrangements have been made for their payment in full which are satisfactory to the Global Administrative Agent.

Priority Security Interest. The Collateral and Borrowing Base Properties shall be free and clear of all Liens, except Liens permitted by Section 7.2Permitted Encumbrances. All filings, notices, recordings and other action necessary to perfect the Liens in the Collateral shall have been made, given or accomplished or arrangements for the completion thereof satisfactory to the Global Administrative Agent and its counsel shall have been made and all filing fees and other expenses related to such actions either have been paid in full or arrangements have been made for their payment in full which are satisfactory to the Global Administrative Agent.
