If Melio cannot verify your or your business’ identity, Xxxxx reserves the right to deny you use of the Services or to limit your use of your Account. • If you as a Recipient receive, in a calendar year (1) more than $20,000 in payments made through the Services; or (2) more than 200 individual transactions through the Services, you agree to provide Melio with your taxpayer identification number.
