Privacy Issues. The Employer will provide each employee with a password for accessing the Internet/Intranet and electronic mail. The employees agree to maintain confidentiality with regard to their passwords, however, it is understood that the Employer will have access to all such passwords, which will be kept in a safe and confidential location.
