The Parties acknowledge that the Federal “Privacy of Consumer Financial Information” Regulation (12 CFR Part 40), as amended from time to time (the “Privacy Regulation”), issued pursuant to Section 504 of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (15 U.S.C.6 801 et seq.) (“GLBA”) governs disclosures of non-public personal information about consumers.
