Common use of Privacy Training Clause in Contracts

Privacy Training. The Contractor must ensure that each individual who will provide services under the Agreement that involve the access, collection or creation of personal information will complete, at the Contractor’s expense, the privacy course prior to that individual providing those services. The requirement in section 7 will only apply to individuals who have not previously completed the privacy course.
