Common use of Private Agreements Clause in Contracts

It is understood and agreed that during school years 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 the Board shall not enter into any private agreements with any person, company, or corporation to provide services presently performed by employees recognized under this Agreement unless mutually agreed to, in writing, by the parties.
