PRIVATE PRACTICE - ARRANGEMENT B. (1) A Practitioner may elect, with the written agreement of the Employer, to retain all the practitioner’s own private practice income generated in any public teaching hospital or in any other public sector health care facility under the control of the Employer. An election made pursuant to this sub clause shall not be varied other than by subsequent written agreement. (2) A Practitioner who elects to retain all private practice income shall: (a) take personal responsibility for billing private patients seen in the course of duty; (b) pay any facilities charge according to such terms and conditions as are determined from time to time by the Minister for Health; and (c) account for private practice xxxxxxxx as prescribed hereunder.
