Common use of PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS AND LEGAL AUTHORITIES UNAFFECTED Clause in Contracts

PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS AND LEGAL AUTHORITIES UNAFFECTED. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein and in the HCP, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to restrict the rights of the Permittee to the use or development of those lands, or interests in lands, constituting his portion of the Permit Area; provided, that nothing in this Agreement shall absolve the Permittee from such other limitations as may apply to such lands, or interests in land, under other laws of the United States and the State of Arizona.
