Private Property Waivers. The City will secure all necessary permissions, waivers and Right-of-Entry Agreements from property owners as prescribed by the Government for the removal of debris and/or demolition of structures from residential and/or commercial properties, as set out in Sections 1.4 and 1.5 above.
