PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM Clause Samples
The PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the use, maintenance, and condition of a property's private sewage system, such as a septic tank or similar non-municipal waste disposal method. It typically outlines whether the seller must provide documentation of recent inspections, repairs, or certifications, and may specify who is responsible for any necessary upgrades or compliance with local health regulations. This clause ensures that both parties are aware of the system's status and obligations, thereby preventing disputes over unexpected repairs or legal compliance after the transaction.
