Privileges of Common Stock Ownership. The Participant shall not have any of the rights of a stockholder until the applicable shares of Common Stock are issued and/or delivered after the applicable vesting date and the Participant has made appropriate provision for any Tax-Related Items that may arise in accordance with Section 6 below. The Participant shall have no beneficial ownership in the shares of Common Stock until they are issued and/or delivered in accordance with this Section 1.1(g).
