Pro Rata Across Classes. Any put or call right exercised pursuant to this Article VI may be exercised for all or a portion of such Manager’s Covered Management Shares; provided that any put or call for less than all of such Shares must be exercised for a number of shares of each class included in such Manager’s Covered Management Shares in proportion to the number of shares of each class then comprising such Manager’s Covered Management Shares.
