Pro Rata Adjustment of Rent. All rent shall be deemed to accrue from day to day, and if for any reason it shall become necessary to calculate rent for irregular periods of less than one (1) year or one (1) month, as the case may be, an appropriate pro rata adjustment shall be made in order to calculate rent for such irregular period.
