Common use of Pro Rata Sharing of Realization Costs Clause in Contracts

Pro Rata Sharing of Realization Costs. Until such time as the Realization Costs are paid in the manner contemplated in subsection 17.2.2, all Realization Costs incurred and paid by any one of the Finance Parties shall be shared by the Finance Parties on the basis of their respective Rateable Share.

Pro Rata Sharing of Realization Costs. Until such time as the Realization Costs are paid in the manner contemplated in subsection 17.2.25.2.1.1, all reasonable Realization Costs incurred and paid by any one of the Finance Parties Lenders, subject to prior approval by the Agent, or the Agent shall be shared by the Finance Parties Lenders on the basis of their respective Rateable Pro Rata Share.
