Pro Rata Treatment, etc. Except as required under Section 2.8, each Borrowing, each payment or prepayment of principal of the Loans, each payment of interest on the Loans, and each conversion of Loans shall be made pro rata among the Banks in accordance with their respective Pro-Rata Percentages.
