Pro Rata Treatment of Loans, Etc. Except to the extent otherwise provided, each prepayment and payment of principal of or interest on Loans of a particular type and a particular Interest Period, if any, shall be made to the Agent for the account of the Lenders holding Loans of such type and Interest Period, if any, pro rata in accordance with the respective unpaid principal amounts for such Loans of such Interest Period held by such Lenders.

Except to the extent otherwise provided, each prepayment and payment of principal of of, or interest on on, Loans of a particular type and a particular Interest Period, if any, and each payment of fees or other amounts due hereunder shall be made to the Agent for the account of the Lenders holding Loans of such type and Interest Period, if any, pro rata (unless expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement) in accordance with the respective unpaid principal amounts for such Loans of such Interest Period held by such Lenders.
