PROBATIONARY WORKER PROGRAM. The employer shall ensure that such Trainees will be working with a Journeyman Bricklayer/Masonry Worker so as to be afforded the training and all the aspects of the Bricklayer/Masonry Industry. The employer agrees to a ratio of one (1) Journeyman to two (2) Probationary Workers. The employer shall advise the Union when the employer has employed such Probationary Workers.
