The Partnership may enter into agreements with any of its Partners, employees, officers, and agents, any of the officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents of the General Partner, and any member of the Advisory Committee or other Indemnified Person, setting forth procedures for implementing the indemnities provided in this Article 12.
