Common use of Procedure for Assignment, Subletting Clause in Contracts

Procedure for Assignment, Subletting. If Tenant desires at any time to assign, sublease or otherwise transfer the Premises or any portion thereof, it shall send a written notice to Landlord, which notice shall contain (a) the name of the proposed occupancy or subtenant, (b) the nature of the proposed occupant's or subtenant's business to be carried on in the Premises, (c) the portion(s) of the Premises to be subject to such assignment or sublease and the other terms and provisions of the proposed assignment or sublease, (d) such financial information as Landlord may reasonably request concerning the proposed occupant or subtenant, and (e) a true copy of a proposed assignment or sublease.
