Procedure for Borrowings. (a) Each advance of principal hereunder shall be made upon Borrower's irrevocable written notice delivered to Lender (each a "Borrowing Notice"); which notice must be received by Lender prior to 9:00 a.m. (Central time) ten (10) days prior to the date of the requested advance except for the initial advance in the amount of $___________ which shall be made on the date hereof.
