PROCEDURE FOR BREACHES. OF THIS AGREEMENT The Student understands and accepts that failure to comply with any of these Regulations may result in action being taken under these Regulations and the University’s Disciplinary Procedure, which could result in both the termination of the Student’s right to reside in the Accommodation and the Student’s exclusion from the University in respect of their student status. In cases of the most grievous breaches the Student Disciplinary Procedure could result in the Student losing their place to study at the University. If any matter becomes the subject of legal proceedings it may result in Civil or Criminal prosecution.
