PROCEDURE FOR BREACHES. OF THIS AGREEMENT The Student understands and accepts that failure to comply with any of these Regulations may result in action being taken under the Sparsholt Managing Learner/Student Conduct policy, which could result in both the termination of the Student’s right to reside the Accommodation and the Student’s exclusion from the College in respect of their student status.
