Procedure for Determination of Entitlement to Indemnification and Advancements. The procedures set forth in this Section shall govern determinations regarding advancements of Expenses and indemnifications. A request by the Trustee for indemnification or advancement of Expenses shall be made in writing, and shall be accompanied by such relevant documentation and information as is reasonably available to the Trustee. The Secretary of the Fund shall promptly advise the Board of such request.
