Procedure for Interest Rate Determination. (a) Unless the Company shall request in a Loan Request or in a Conversion/Continuance Request that Pro Rata Loans (or portions thereof) bear interest as Eurodollar Pro Rata Loans, the Pro Rata Loans shall bear interest as ABR Loans.
