Upon the Nodal Agency not being able to fulfil its role under Article 4.2, the TSP may serve notice on the Nodal Agency, with a copy to CEA and the Lenders’ Representative (a "TSP’s Preliminary Notice"), which notice shall specify in reasonable detail the circumstances giving rise to such non-fulfilment of role by the Nodal Agency.
