Procedure for Occupant to Cure Violation. If a violation is conclusively determined with respect to an Occupant, the Occupant shall have sixty days from the date that the Occupant received the notice required by Section 9.1 to cure the violation. If the Occupant has not cured the violation at the end of this sixty-day period, then the Occupant shall immediately vacate the Subject Property. An Occupant’s violation of this Covenant also constitutes a violation by the Subject Property Owner.
