Procedure for Requesting Excess Fees. The Attorney must seek approval for extension of fees by submitting to the Chief Judge at Family and Juvenile Court or their Designee a Motion and Proposed Order for Excess Fees. The motion for excess fees shall be supported by a declaration outlining: (i) the need for excess fees; (ii) the scope of services to be provided; and (iii) the estimated date upon which the service will be completed.
