Procedure for Swing Loan Advances. (a) Swing Loan Advances shall be disbursed, and Borrower shall be deemed to have requested a Swing Loan Advance, pursuant to the Cash Management Agreements, as necessary to cover any excess of disbursements over receipts, or as otherwise permitted pursuant to the Cash Management Agreements.
