The Developer Promoter, upon obtaining the occupancy certificate* certificate from the competent authority shall offer in writing the possession of the [Apartment ](apartment), to the Allottee in terms of this Agreement agreement to be taken betaken within two months from the dat date of issue of occupancy certificate. Procedure for taking possession.
