Procedure in Event No Hearing Is Requested. If the Employee does not request a hearing in accordance with 14.3.d or if a hearing panel fails to provide its findings and recommendations within 15 days after conclusion of the hearing, the University President shall submit her/his recommendation to the Board for final action.
