Procedure on conflict. 6.1 The Shareholder shall (and shall exercise all powers vested in them to procure, so far as it is properly able, that each Associate shall) provide as soon as reasonably practicable to the Company any information in its (or any of its Associate’s) possession or control which the Company reasonably requests for the purposes of ensuring that it is satisfied that all transactions and relationships between any Member of the Company’s Group and any Member of the Shareholder’s Group are at arm’s length and on a normal commercial basis.
