Common use of Procedure Regarding Payments by Governmental Payors Clause in Contracts

Procedure Regarding Payments by Governmental Payors. With respect to potential payments made on a Program Participant’s behalf by Medicare or Medicaid; a Medicare or Medicaid intermediary or carrier; any other federal or state government, agency or entity; or any other entity operating under contract with any of the previously mentioned entities (collectively “Governmental Payors”), then as a CONDITION PRECEDENT to the distribution of any Settlement Payment from the Qualified Settlement Fund to the Program Participant, each Program Participant and her counsel agree as follows:
