Procedures and Directions from the Licensee. In the course of providing any Authorised Services in accordance with this Agreement, the Intermediary agrees to comply with all policies, procedures, guidelines and any reasonable requirement or direction given to it by the Licensee including in relation to: (a) the provision of the Authorised Services by the Intermediary on behalf of the Licensee; (b) compliance with the Applicable Laws by the Intermediary or the Licensee; (c) enabling the Licensee to monitor the provision by the Intermediary of any Authorised Services in accordance with this Agreement; and (d) making documents and information available to the Licensee which relate to the provision of the Authorised Services by the Intermediary on behalf of the Licensee.
