In the event of a problem with a Direct Services Transaction or an unauthorized Direct Services Transaction, the Depositor will report the issue immediately to the Financial Institution. The Financial Institution will investigate and respond to the issue on a timely basis. The Financial Institution will not unreasonably restrict the Depositor from the use of the Account subject to dispute, as long as it is reasonably evident that the Depositor did not cause or contribute to the problem or unauthorized Transaction, has fully cooperated with the investigation, and has complied with this Agreement and the Account Agreement.
