Procedures for Advances; Limitations on Borrowings. (a) The Borrower may request Advances by giving notice (a “Notice of Borrowing”) to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly advise each Lender of its receipt thereof) not later than 10:00 A.M. on the third Business Day prior to the date of any proposed borrowing of Eurodollar Advances and on the date of any proposed borrowing of Base Rate Advances.
