Common use of Procedures for Contract Amendments Clause in Contracts

Procedures for Contract Amendments. The party requesting a change to this Contract shall send written notice to the other party in accordance with Sections 13.2 & 13.8. The receiving party will have 60 days to review and accept or reject the proposed changes.

Procedures for Contract Amendments. The party requesting a the change to this Contract shall send written notice to the other party in accordance with Sections 13.2 & Section 13.8. The receiving party will have 60 sixty (60) calendar days to review and accept or reject act upon the proposed changes. If the receiving party does not act on the proposed changes within this time period, the changes will be deemed to have been accepted. The parties agree to not unreasonably withhold accepting proposed changes to this Contract.
