Procedures for designation and replacement. (a) The Executive Committee shall establish procedures for selection, consideration and replacement of Operating Agents.
(b) Each Operating Agent that is not a Participant in this Agreement shall accept its specific functions and responsibilities under this Agreement by providing a Notice of Acceptance to the IEA Office of Legal Counsel.
(c) If a Participant in this Agreement is to be designated as Operating Agent, the Chair should notify the IEA Office of Legal Counsel of the Participant’s designation as Operating Agent for a particular Annex.
