Procedures for Entering into Transactions. (a) For the purposes of Section 9(e)(ii), Party A will, by or promptly after the relevant Trade Date, send Party B and the Manager two Confirmations substantially in the form set out in Annexure 1 and 2 respectively (or in such other form as may be agreed between Party A, Party B and the Manager), and Party B and the Manager must promptly then confirm the accuracy of and sign and return, or request the correction of each such Confirmation. (b) Party B will enter into each Transaction in its capacity as trustee of the Series Trust.
